About John Mandar

John Mandar was born in Toronto in 1941 and lived in the New Toronto area for most of his early years. Upon completing his formal education, he took on many varied positions including owning his own plastics company. His business acumen led him into real estate sales. First licensed in 1979, John has won many awards for his service to the community in real estate while working with Remax Specialists, A. E. LePage, N.R.S., and later Exit Realty Hare (Peel) in Brampton. John joined Flat Fee Realty Inc. (Brokerage) in 2002, working with Ada Nardi in the New Tecumseth area.

Due to John's extensive knowledge of the Simcoe County, Mississauga, Toronto and Brampton real estate markets, his signs are often found all over these areas. His commitment to saving his clients' money goes beyond the lower rate full service programmes offered by Flat Fee Realty Inc. (Brokerage). John has developed his own "Money Back Programme" in which all of his clients are able to receive cash back on closing of their purchases to use as they choose.

Married with two children, three step-children and four grandchildren, John is also a keen gardener. He is also a staunch support to his wife in the running of her private school, often acting as school chauffeur!

John's experience and integrity are well-known in the area, and the Money back Programme has become popular from Toronto all the way north. Known as the "Saves and Pays" man at Flat Fee, he lives up to his by-line which is, "mature experience you can trust."
