the best home, negotiate the best price and terms for you, help
find the best financing, schedule all inspections, find you the
best insurance quote, and I am there when you sign your final documents
at closing. I can show you any property that is listed for sale
(remember that the company and agent with the sign in the yard are
representing the seller, looking to get the seller the highest price
for the house), I can even search for sale by owner properties and
can also sell some new construction.
