I wanted to write to you to say a personal thank you.

We met when you came to my home (on Church St. S. in Alliston) to present your client's offer on my new house.

You were VERY courteous and professional. I told Tim O'Hara (my agent) this but thought you should hear it directly from me.

It takes an agent to help buy an home, and another one to sell. You were awesome. It was a pleasure doing business with you and your client.

Dear John,

Both Jim and I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you very much for your patience, persistence and dedication in finding us a new home out of the city. Having lived in the same home for 21 years as well as moving out of Toronto made this venture both exciting and stressful, yet you were always very professional and caring in your approach.

Since we first met in early January, it seemed like it was a part of our weekly schedule to meet with you on Saturday and see three or four homes. Even when we put in a few offers and lost the homes, you were positive, yet understanding. It took us three months, but you found the home that we love.

Thank you also to Heather for her resourcefulness and help throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who is looking out of the city. Thanks again, John, and we hope you will drop in to visit us in our new home in Innisfil.
